Curl&Wave Neutralizer is the new product from the MOOD line, specifically formulated to work in synergy with the MOOD permanent and to give long lasting waves.

Once the permanent processing time has elapsed, after having rinsed and patted the hair dry, apply the neutraliser several times to uniformly saturate each wrapped curler.

Allow it to work for 5 minutes. Then gently remove the curlers. Apply the remaining neutraliser to the hair and allow it to work for another 5 minutes. Rinse completely.

It allows you to make any type of curl you might want.
